Shipping Policy for FOB Shipment of Palletized Horse Feed

Thank you for choosing Eous, Inc. as your supplier of palletized horse feed. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the FOB (Free On Board) shipment of our products. We offer three options for shipping, providing you with flexibility and control over the transportation process.
1. FOB Shipment:
a. All palletized horse feed shipments are FOB, meaning that the customer assumes responsibility for the products once they are loaded onto the carrier and leave our premises.
b. The customer has the freedom to choose their preferred shipping method, as outlined below.
2. Shipping Options:
a. Customer-arranged Shipping:
- Customers have the option to arrange shipping independently, using their preferred carrier or logistics provider.
- If you choose this option, please provide us with the necessary shipping details and schedule the carrier to pick up the palletized horse feed at our designated loading dock.
- Eous, Inc. will cooperate with the customer's chosen carrier to ensure a smooth loading process.
b. Free Pick-up on the Dock:
- Customers located in close proximity to our facility may choose to pick up their palletized horse feed directly from our loading dock.
- To select this option, please inform us in advance so that we can have the products ready for pick-up on the agreed-upon date and time.
- Customers must ensure they have appropriate transportation and equipment to load and secure the pallets safely.
c. Eous, Inc. Arranged Shipment:
- For customers who prefer convenience and assistance in arranging shipping, Eous, Inc. can coordinate the shipment on your behalf.
- If you choose this option, we will arrange for a carrier and provide you with a shipping quote, which will be added to your order total.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs, which will be communicated to you before finalizing the shipment.
3. Shipment Responsibilities:
a. Once the palletized horse feed is loaded onto the carrier or picked up from our loading dock, the customer assumes responsibility for the products, including any potential risks, loss, or damages during transportation.
b. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the carrier or transportation provider is adequately insured and capable of handling the shipment safely.
4. Shipping Documentation:
a. Eous, Inc. will provide the necessary shipping documentation, such as a bill of lading or shipping manifest, depending on the selected shipping option.
b. For customer-arranged shipping, the customer is responsible for providing the required documentation to the carrier.
5. Shipping Timeframes:
a. We strive to process and prepare your palletized horse feed for shipping as promptly as possible.
b. The specific shipping timeframe will depend on the selected shipping option, carrier availability, and other relevant factors.
c. We will communicate the estimated shipping date and any potential delays to you during the order confirmation process.
6. Shipping Charges:
a. Shipping charges will be determined based on the chosen shipping option and carrier rates.
b. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be communicated to you in advance for your approval before arranging the shipment.
7. International Shipping:
a. For international shipments, additional customs, duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply.
b. The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable customs regulations and for any associated costs or documentation required for international shipping.
